Kihihi Energy Saving Stoves Company Co. Ltd (private) was formed under the sole discretion of Mr. Masiko Lawrence who desired to create a company that produces and sells products and services that conserve both energy and the environment. He started this company from Kampala where he discussed this development idea with Tuheisomwe Jackline and Mugisha Denis. They crystallized their thoughts and plans to form a company that serves both Uganda and other countries. They resolved the company to have branches in all districts in Uganda. They now have branches in Kampala, Kanungu district. These became the founding directors. They resolved to have a minimum of two directors and a maximum of seven directors. In the process of forming a company they hired a lawyer Mr. Nkurunziza Nicholas P.O Box 1939 Mbarara to support them in registration and future proceedings and verdicts. After the process of the Lawyer they went on to register the company. The Company was fully incorporated on 2nd June 2021. The Business was in existence before registration. It was started in 2010 It is currently involved in making charcoal, energy saving stoves out of steel, clay and concrete which they sell on retail and wholesale
